Booking Information & Deposits
You can either contact me first by phone, text, WhatsApp or email to check availability for your preferred day and time, or purchase your treatment directly through this website and then get in touch to arrange an appointment. Please note that purchasing a treatment online does not automatically guarantee the exact time you may have in mind. Appointments are always scheduled subject to availability, and I will find the nearest suitable slot that works for both of us.
For new clients or those who have previously missed appointments, a 50% deposit is required to secure the booking. Your chosen date and time will be confirmed only once the deposit has been received. Returning clients in good standing may not be required to pay a deposit, but the option is always available to guarantee the booking.
Deposit Terms

Your deposit is non-refundable if you do not attend your appointment.

Your deposit is non-refundable if you cancel less than 24 hours before your treatment.

If you cancel more than 24 hours in advance, the deposit can be transferred to a new date, but it cannot be refunded.

The remaining balance is paid in person (bank transfer or cash) after your treatment.

First-time clients receive £5 OFF the remaining balance (not applicable to gift voucher purchases).
Gift Vouchers (Perfect for Presents)
If you select the Gift Voucher option, a beautifully designed, handwritten voucher will be posted via Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery.
Gift vouchers are ideal for birthdays, anniversaries and special occasions.
Please note: The £5 first-visit discount does not apply to gift voucher purchases.
Package Booking & Missed Sessions (No-Show Policy)
When purchasing a package of treatments (e.g., 5 sessions), the full payment for the entire package is required upfront. Appointments are booked individually by phone, text, WhatsApp, or email, according to availability.
If a client fails to attend a scheduled session without providing at least 24 hours notice (a “no-show”), the following applies: the client will be required to pay 50% of the per-session price within the package in order to rebook the missed session at a later date.
For example, if the 5-session package costs £450 (compared to £500 if purchased individually), each session within the package is valued at £90. If a client attends only 4 sessions and misses the 5th without giving 24 hours notice, they will need to pay £45 (50% of the per-session package price) to reschedule the final session.
This policy applies only to missed sessions with less than 24 hours notice. Sessions that are cancelled or rescheduled more than 24 hours in advance can be rearranged without penalty. This ensures fairness while maintaining the discounted package pricing for clients who complete all sessions.
